This year Bulgari is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its iconic jewelry design inspired by Rome, brand’s website says.

In 1999, Bulgari redefined the rules of conventional jewelry design with the introduction of B.zero1. With the help of groundbreaking Tubogas technique, the designs depict the fluid geometry of the Roman Colosseum.

“To celebrate the 20th anniversary of B.zero1, Bulgari revisits the iconic design with bold new iterations. The ring has been created in a 5-band, white gold spiral completely encrusted in sparkling pave diamonds. There are also versions in yellow gold and solid white gold in tribute to the original 1999 editions, as well as rose gold for the first time. The designs are engraved with ‘XX Anniversary’ on the internal ferrule,” the Bulgari website adds.

Furthermore, Bulgari also informs that the 20th anniversary features the addition of variations in white or black ceramic to the collection. Each combination includes a ring and a pendant as well. Also part of the collection is a rose pure gold bangle in black ceramic and invaluable pave diamonds.

“B.zero1 becomes a collector’s item for exceptional women. Among them, Bulgari pays tribute to pioneer Zaha Hadid, who invented a completely unique style of architecture. In 2017, Bulgari collaborated with the renowned architect to launch the B.zero1 Design Legend, a ring crisscrossed by her signature dynamic lines,” the brand’s website mentions. “To embody the unique design of its new B.zero1 collection, Bulgari has chosen ambassadors Bella Hadid and Kris Wu, two intrepid personalities captured by the lens of photographer Mario Sorrenti.”
