(Gallery Art & Soul)

Looking both behind her and in front her, Vinita Karim is all set to kick-start her solo exhibition, “RIVERSONG”. The exhibition explores her life so far and will be on view at the Hirji Gallery of Jahangir Art Gallery and the Gallery Art & Soul, both gallery’s are in Mumbai.

Vinita Karim has worked and lived in Europe, the Middle-East, and Asia and completed her education in the Philippines and Sweden. Even though Vinita has traveled the world, her artwork clearly reveals that she is still attached to her roots in India. “RIVERSONG” is yet another solo exhibition of hers that shows her world and life from the eyes of an artist. Her great work is a tribute not just to the generations that have gone by but also to those that are yet to come.

Out of Vinita's 24 solo exhibitions, only 5 were held in India and the rest in different parts of the world. She has recently exhibited her work in Arabian Wings Auction in Saudi Arabia, Asian Art Biennale in Dhaka, Waddington Auctions in Canada, Art Fair Singapore, Dhaka Art Summit, Sikka Art Fair in Dubai, and the Indian Art Fair.
