China’s leading video and new media artist, Feng Mengbo, integrates the traditional art of Chinese calligraphy with the new technology of the cyber world. In his latest solo show “Not Too Late” at Chambers Fine Art in NYC, Feng is exhibiting both digital works and elements of those works distilled on canvas. The installation consists of an abstract video game inspired by Chinese paintings and calligraphy, and a selection of paintings based on isolated images from the video.
