Beijing’s Ullens Center for Contemporary Art has organized a major survey of 50 young Chinese artists and artist groups born after 1975. The exhibition, entitled “ON │ OFF:  China’s Young Artists in Concept and Practice” runs from January 13 to April 14. ARTINFO spoke with the center’s director, Philip Tinari, about some of the more innovative works that this newer generation is bringing to the exhibition.
