Paris Fashion Week ended Wednesday, wrapping up fashion month. ARTINFO looked through the collections to see which designers found inspiration in art for their spring/summer 2013 lines. This season, Marc Jacobs drew on Daniel Burens Palais Royale installation “Les Deux Plateaux” as a starting point for his mod designs, Rick Owens channeled Gustav Klimt’s gilded paintings in his gold dresses, and Costume National’s Ennio Capasa took his collaboration with artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari for Toilet Paper magazine a step further by using the images they made as a print.
