Photographer Warwick Saint’s oeuvre consists of a vast portfolio that includes photographs of celebrities like Kirsten Dunst, Cate Blanchett, and Elijah Wood; ad campaigns for brands like Nike and Costume National; and album covers that include Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance.” For his first gallery exhibition, “Warwick Saint: Body of Work,” the photographer chose to focus on another subject — tattooed women.

The exhibition, which runs from December 1 to 30 at New York’s Hionas Gallery, displays a beautiful, raw, and sensual side of these women, who are more used to being photographed for tattoo magazines than for fine art.
