All eyes are on Venice this week, as scores of artists, curators, dealers, journalists, and collectors descend upon the 53rd Venice Biennale before it opens to the public on June 7. With some 90 artists in the main exhibition, 77 countries showing in their own pavilions, and 44 collateral events dotted throughout Venice, planning a visit to the biennale, on view through November 22, can be daunting to say the least.
