The Louise Blouin Media Submissions Website allows clients the ability to upload ads creative via a web browser for print advertisements scheduled to appear in Louise Blouin Media publications. The website is accessible online using Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer and is an upgrade to the former FTP site. Rather than using an FTP client, you can browse and upload files directly from your desktop.
You may submit ads materials and creative to the Louise Blouin Media FTP Website for the following publications:
Art+Auction
Modern Painters
Culture+Travel
GalleryGuide (print publication only)
Art Sales Index
Gordon's Art
Please note: The submissions website is for print advertisement submissions only.
For ARTINFO Micro-sites, all materials should be emailed to onlinelistings@artinfo-mail.com.
For ARTINFO Display Ads, all materials should be emailed to onlineads@artinfo-mail.com.
To submit print advertising materials via the website, please follow the steps below.

1. Rename Your Files or the Directory Your Files are Within
In order that we can see which client has submitted a file, your file must contain your company name. Please use the following convention:
[PUBLICATION]_AdvertiserName_MonthOfIssue

2. ZIP All Files
All files and directories must be ZIPPED on your computer before they are uploaded to the Louise Blouin Media FTP Website. This will help protect against document corruption, decrease upload time, and ensure fewer issues with individual documents.
Both Macintosh and Windows users can "zip" a directory or file. For more information about ZIP and how to ZIP files see following websites:

3. Upload Your ZIP File(s) to Our Submissions Website (Replaces FTP)
To upload ZIP file(s), first log in to the Louise Blouin Media Submissions Website. Please note, the user name and password are case-sensitive.

After logging in to the website, select the publication for which you are submitting the ads creative. **You must first select an individual publication folder in order to go to the next step, where you will be able to browse and upload ZIP file(s).
After you click on a publication folder, you will be taken to a new page that will allow you to upload Zip files. In the first pulldown, select the number of ZIP files that you would like to upload. (As many as 5 files can be uploaded at once.) Then click the "Browse" button to navigation through your computer to select each ZIP file.
To complete the upload process for the file(s) click "Begin Upload."
